Corna Consulting is a New Zealand advisory business founded in 2008. We work with people facing decisions that affect their business, their teams, their performance or the quality of care they provide.
Our work brings together four areas of expertise: leadership and business advisory, Cyberplanz, MINDGYM, and clinical and respiratory advisory. Each has its own focus. Across them, we pay close attention to the people, behaviours and decisions that influence outcomes.

Patrick Corna
Founder and Director
Patrick’s experience began in the trades as a certified spray painter and developed through establishing and running businesses across several industries. His graphics business supported vehicle manufacturers and motorsport clients, including visiting DTM and Formula 1 teams.
That experience shaped a practical approach to leadership: understand the problem, listen to the people doing the work and make decisions that can be put into practice. Patrick trained with the Results Group in 2008 and expanded his work into business coaching and leadership mentoring.
Patrick holds an MBA from Southern Cross University and has completed ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and CISO training. His advisory work connects business priorities with leadership capability, governance, culture and organisational resilience.

Nicola Corna
Founder and Director and Clinical and Respiratory Advisory Lead
Nicola is a Nurse Practitioner with experience across primary, community and secondary care. Her work combines respiratory clinical expertise with education, advocacy and healthcare leadership.
She teaches at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and provides professional education for healthcare practitioners. Her contribution to respiratory working groups and guideline development brings practical insight into the challenges of improving care across Aotearoa New Zealand.
