Our Journey
Corna Consulting’s story has evolved through decades of practical operational, entrepreneurial, healthcare, and leadership experience.
Founder Patrick Corna began his career as a trade-certified spray painter before building and leading multiple businesses across a range of industries.
One of these ventures included a successful graphics company supporting the motorsport industry, working with clients ranging from vehicle manufacturers through to visiting DTM and Formula 1 teams — environments where precision, performance, teamwork, and resilience were critical.
In 2008, Patrick expanded into business coaching and leadership mentoring after training with the Results Group, helping organisations improve leadership capability, business performance, and resilience.
Recognising the growing importance of human performance and organisational adaptability, Corna Consulting acquired MINDGYM in 2020 after seeing first-hand the impact it had on performance and resilience development.
In 2023, Cyberplanz was established to support organisations with human-centric cyber governance and organisational cyber resilience in response to the increasing complexity of digital and organisational risk.
